Stijn De Rammelaere is Managing Partner and co-founder of Profacts. After obtaining his degree in Psychology (1994-1999), Stijn obtained a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology at Ghent University (2003). Eager to apply his knowledge in the real world, Stijn started as a Senior Project Leader at the market research agency Columbus Quanti, that later became Synovate Belgium. His career path at Synovate was very steep and soon he was a Research Director, responsible for several key clients. Together with Timothy Desmet he founded Profacts in 2006.

Timothy Desmet is Managing Partner and co-founder of Profacts. After obtaining his degree in Psychology (1994-1999), Timothy obtained a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology at Ghent University (2003). After finishing his Ph.D., Timothy obtained a post-doctoral grant from the FWO, which allowed him to do scientific research at Ghent University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he worked for 2 years as a Visiting Scientist. Together with Stijn De Rammelaere he founded Profacts in 2006.

Profacts consists of a young and dynamic team of 20 professionals!
