Revealing factors for success since 2006

In 2006, Profacts was founded by Stijn De Rammelaere and Timothy Desmet. Always aiming for customer delight, they added practical market research experience to academic scientific research knowledge and combined it in a powerful mix of added-value research solutions for a wide range of organisations. Ever since its creation, the agency has been active both on the Belgian market and abroad. The last decade, Profacts was characterized by a rapid and solid growth and turned into a leading market research agency.

Innovation through co-creation

Profacts continues to innovate through co-creation. The Profacts Data Science team specializes in advanced data analyses and devotes experience and expertise to create data-driven solutions with a positive ROI. We combine all available data sources to measure, predict and optimise the impact of your marketing mix. The Profacts Impulse Lab in turn specializes in implicit and neuroscientific research techniques. It is an official spin-off of the University of Ghent. This structural collaboration with the UGhent allows us to develop new research methods that are scientifically validated.
