EUROPEAN MOBILITY WEEK (Sept. 16th – 22nd) / THE FUTURE IS NOW 2021

Mobility week, held between September 16th and 22nd, is a European-wide awareness-raising campaign on sustainable urban mobility. It promotes behavioural change in favour of active mobility, public transport and other clean, intelligent transport solutions.

On the occasion of Mobility Week, and in the scope of our annual 'The Future is now' event, Profacts has conducted a series of studies and mystery shopping research involving cities and authorities, the car industry, the energy industry, employers and citizens, with the aim to uncover the attitudes and behaviours of the Belgian population towards e-mobility. Our goal was to get a clear view on the challenges facing the different stakeholders. So, will all cars be electric by 2025? Is it an illusion or can it become reality?

In that context, we are happy to announce our partnership with Kanaal Z who will be covering the mobility topic extensively based on our research. You can watch the KanaalZ inspiration webinar starting September 16th at 6pm (until Sept. 22nd). Special guest speakers and mobility experts, among others Lydia Peeters - Flemish Minister of Mobility, Gabriel Goffoy - Director Communications Febiac, Marc Van den Bosch - General Manager Febeg and Prof. Lieselot Vanhaverbeke - VUB Research Group Mobility, Logistics & Automotive Technology) will share their thoughts and opinions on the covered topics. Check out the trailer here.
