Profacts and ICMA Group join forces

Thanks to this acquisition, Profacts is expanding its range of research solutions. Next to existing services, the unique ICMA models on customer performance, people performance, 3S employer branding and customer experience will be further developed.
To facilitate flexibility for customers and employees, Profacts now also has a second office in Brussels, within a walking distance of Brussels South station.
