Winner of the Kwinta Business Award 2019!

Today, we were honoured to receive the (SME) Kwinta Business Award 2019!
With the Business Excellence Awards, the VCK (Vlaams Centrum voor Kwaliteit) rewards organizations that achieve business excellence through quality, innovation and talent.
Profacts and its CEO, Carine Vaeremans, won the award in the category SME in recognition of its effective transformation strategy.
The VCK jury: "In order to achieve "customer delight", Profacts literally reviewed all business processes and their" enablers ", aiming for one common goal for all and a numerical approach, supported by smart use of IT. The jury was particularly impressed by the positive impact on customers, employees and company results. Coach Carine and her team demonstrated that, even in smaller organizations, business excellence can be achieved through a "can-do" approach".
